Author of the book The Priest, The Pope and The President, Charles Wilcox helps us connect a few more dots. He says he’s nobody special – just a guy who used to work in the film industry and did some research to gather material that can be adapted for a TV mini-series on the life of Lincoln. While in the process he was run over by two cars over a four year period and suffered several permanent injuries. After having compiled enough material for a mini-series, he was told that it needed to be put into the form of a book.
