TOPIC: In ASSEMBLY January 21, 2017: A Declaration – Part 1

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT.

The People of Jefferson will Declare on January 21, 2017 ‘In Assembly’ their intent to be an Independent State from the State of California thus becoming the 51st State of Jefferson within the Union of The United States of America. The People of Jefferson are in the process of creating a Constitution for the ‘State’ of Jefferson which has arisen from 21 Counties within the State of California. Following the legal and lawful process as set forth by the Founding Fathers of the United States of America the Founders of the State of Jefferson are prescribed to adhere to the United States and California Constitutions according to:
Article IV, Section 3 – U.S. Constitution “New States may be admitted by the Congress into this Union; but no new State shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the Junction of two or more States, or Parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress.”
Article 2, Section 1 – California Constitution “All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for their protection, security, and benefit, and they have the right to alter or reform it when the public good may require.”
Between January 2015 and January 6, 2016 the Jefferson State Founders presented to the State of California 21 ‘County’ Declarations which declared their desire to form the State of Jefferson. The 21 State Declarations were accepted and recorded by the California Secretary of State for the State of California. The 21 County Declarations were presented to and accepted by the California Senate Pro Tem and the California Speaker of the Assembly. The 21 County Declarations are a matter of public record with all Constitutional Rights and Protections.
