I loved the interview with KrisAnne Hall, thank you so much for this lesson in the Constitution. Even though I’ve been trying to learn more and more about the Constitution, KrisAnne taught me some new things, and confirmed other things I felt in my heart were true about how unconstitutional our government really is. She knows her stuff.

Gary is bringing up personam jurisdiction.

The “person” Gary Hunt is a 14th amendment federal citizen. Jurisdiction is theirs. You don’t want to be a person.

Private state Citizen Gary Hunt pursuant to Article IV Sec. 2 of the Constitution would get him to the jurisdiction he prefers. A state Citizen.

Have been a fan and subscriber to KrisAnne Hall for awhile now. I treasure this great patriot. Every time I listen to her I learn something new and gain greater understanding of liberty. Thanks John for having her on the show..

KrisAnne Hall is correct, most if not all that is done by our government is unconstitutional. A simple way of viewing the Constitution is to say it is simply a contract under which our employees (the government ) must operate, unfortunately most if not all that we employ fail to realize this or just flatly ignore the law. I do have to agree with you John, the time for a political solution to this problem is, if not gone by, soon to be.The reason I say this is the FACT that a very large percentage of our population is either receiving government handouts or is employed by the government, it will be very difficult to get these people to vote away their freebies and pensions. Keep up the good fight Mr. Wells there are a lot of us right along side you!

KrisAnne Hall Rocks! She is dead on, on many of our federal policies have over stepped the bounds of the powers enumerated to them by the Constitution and are thus null and void. It is our individual responsibility as citizens and patriots to lean pressure upon our State governments and invoke nullification of unconstitutional laws empowered to them from the 10th amendment in our Bill of Rights.

That being said, it explains why powers in and upon Washington DC. have attempted to usurp the foundation of our republic in subverting the law of the land, calling it a living document.
And, is it any wonder that in our schools there is the move to dis-educate the populace by empowering the practice of “Ebonics” and the curtailment of ‘cursive writing”. The Constitution is executed in “cursive” writing and proper English grammar!

KrisAnne needs to be on the Trump advisory panel, or run for office. I salute you for having her on! She was awesome!

It seems that, according to this young lady, “Everything” is unconstitutional

Hall’s voice was so annoying i had to stop the portion of the show 15 min in. Just sad ,She reminds me of all the BS blabbing liberals who run Seattle and King County government here in Washington State who continue to shame the middle class and demand more tax money to support the socialist agenda and welfare programs. Don’t get me started on the largest unconstitutional tax hike ever imposed on people in this country called Sound Transit 2 to bring light rail to the region that no one will ever use. Car tab fees are now based on MSRP of vehicle cost regardless of year or condition. Good thing i drive a coal rolling Duramax that already is charged an RTA weight excess tax, my tabs went down 20 bucks this year. Can’t wait to retire and leave this region!!!

I agree- while I probably agree in principal with many of her points, is 50% lost with her shrill voice and delivery. I tried listening to her- she got on my nerves. No offense. ; )

I meant to say her message is lost in her delivery. Annoying. Sounded like a Libtard from some Jr College in Nebraska. Again- No Offense. Especially to Jr College students in Nebraska.
