A Convention of States could and probably would be used by deceivers who are actually seeking a way to destroy our Constitution. George soros funded representatives, ACLU lawyers, Southern Poverty Law Center lawyers, those who want to destroy our Second Amendment Rights, groups who are anxious to convert our government into a socialist state, people who believe in “global warming”, moles from the one world government and civil rights activists who wish to promote the rights of illegal aliens would most likely comprise a large majority of the people who would attend and participate in a Convention of States. Of course, they would all profess to be anxious to make our Constitution “better.” Also representatives from the liberal states, such as California and New York, will use their liberal mode of operation to assure that conservatives, who are not nearly as aggressive, will bend to their will.
Our Constitution has worked well for us for hundreds of years and should not be changed. Instead the government should be forced to conform to the intent of the Constitution.
Insofar as term limits is concerned, I have known for many decades that there is voter fraud and cheating at all levels of government. Also Big Money people like John McCain will be a senator even if he lives to be one hundred years old. His billions carry a great deal of weight. Our election process is national disgrace and has never been corrected because it works very well for those in power. If it was working properly, John McCain would not be in office.
On the 4/24/15 Caravan to Midnight program Charles Kacprowicz discussed Countermand Amendments and this might be a better vehicle for conservative states to achieve their objectives.

I agree 100 %. Don’t dare allow a Constitutional Convention to take place with a still over flowing SWAMP !!! “THEY” will seize the opportunity to take away our few ( though watered down, ) remaining rights. Focus instead on creating a new country.

Look at a map of America. Now imagine it’s still a “territory.” How might we shape … form and adjust new ‘republics’ within this ( new, ) “territory ?” If enough of a movement started, we could at first, begin a transformation by moving to one of 3 parts of the country based on our race and political stances and cause the change in “steps and phases,” to avoid abrupt disruptions.

      Amen, a thousand times amen!

I can not believe people, much less John B would be stupid enough to give the deep state the power to rewrite our Constitution.

I love hearing a lot of these guests but I am sick and tired of hearing stuff that I know there is not a snowballs chance in hell will ever happen. Yeah, they are going to put term limits on themselves… uh huh.

I sorry, I want to hear ex seals and SF guys sharing ideas on target selection, preparations, survival, escape and evasion, weapons and combat techniques… give us something we can use John, I have little time for fantacies.

I am so weary of this talk…”we have to prepare to fight, (insert enemy name here) __________” and yet, here again ( to paraphrase Mr. Skouson), ” no one can do anything because ____________, and/or _________________, and/or ______________ won’t allow natural consequences.”

It appears that even our intelligentsia comes with a “better used by this date” stamp on the forehead.

People need to know that Google app for depression, and any health related questions/surveys on those apps, are all permanently recorded/documented and kept on your health file for any agency to have access to…. and eventually use against you. Consider the app to be pure evil and do not give any info. Just stay away. No one need be involved with it, it has no benefit whatsoever. As far as health care, manage your own health. Stay away from doctors as much as possible. They are great for emergency situations. Your day to day health and well being you can manage just fine on your own. As far as antidepressants go, they have been proven ineffective and dangerous. They were not intended for long term use. They were designed to get you through a crisis, short term use. NOT to be stuck on them for years! The B vitamins, particularly niacin, has been shown to greatly relieve depression. Vitamin B complex also regulates your blood sugar levels. Take a couple with each meal. Might I suggest John B as an interesting and extremely informative guest, Andrew Saul aka The Mega Vitamin Man. You won’t be disappointed, he is a wealth of knowledge about managing and maintaining your own health. And he loves to point out how mainstream media continuously lies and misinforms regarding vitamin supplementation. His website is and can be found on youtube also. We do not need the government involved in our health care.

Without term limits and limits on political donations, the above is what you get!

Just thinking, maybe you should ask Joel Skousen to return to discuss the Article V Convention

Dear Mr Wells I have been listening to this stuff for l over sixty years. I think that we are at a point the only way to drain the swamp and get on the right track is in spectacular fashion. Peacefully occupied DC with millions of citizens, not thousands. SUT the government down with sheer masses, have a spokesman. That would be you sir .and let it play out.Politics is a numbers game, as long as it’s split, they will do nothing but take our money. But if fifty million people showed up at your office wanting change what would you do.

    • John B Wells September 19, 2017 at 7:09 pm #

Tom Coburn is a Medical Doctor (long before he was elected for office) as well as a best selling author who’s written 5 books since 2003. I always find it astonishing that people prefer unsuccessful people to represent them. Do you understand that this the very root of corruption? Just look at the Clintons – they have achieved nothing but getting elected over and over again (and she is still not giving up) – then using their gained “influence” to enrich themselves. Coburn is one of the good guys, he did not make himself available for re-election. Look at DT, he doesn’t even take a salary, and cannot be enticed by any bribe as he is successful in his own right and achieved much long before he was elected POTUS. Please give this some thought – you simply assume that what you are looking at is a result of his time in office? You know what they say about assumption hey Tom?

Coburn was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1994 as part of the Republican Revolution. He upheld his campaign pledge to serve no more than three consecutive terms and did not run for re-election in 2000. In 2004, he returned to political life with a successful run for the U.S. Senate. Coburn was re-elected to a second term in 2010 and pledged not to seek a third term in 2016. In January 2014, Coburn announced he would retire before the expiration of his final term. He submitted a letter of resignation to Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin, effective at the end of the 113th Congress. Since 2015, Coburn has been affiliated with the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research, and has been a senior fellow since December 2016.

John’s right. This is one of the rare few, ( MAYBE 20 % that are good patriots, ) good guys AND smart and a successful business guy. ( THAT’S where he got the nice stuff, not from us 🙂 ) I only disagree with having a Constitutional Convention though. We still have WAY too full of a swamp, and many in the swamp are Muslims and other ‘enemies within,’ who would love the opportunity to crush the first 2 amendments !

Creating 3 countries within a country … nice n slowly … nice n easy, is a much better approach. America as a whole is beyond saving.

    • Andy Thompson September 22, 2017 at 3:27 pm #

Some veterans tried that once, it didn’t work out well for them decades ago and it would work out less well for us now. They would kill and imprison us for it and if you think they care about any laws or rights, you are an idiot. They are lawless and untouchable and they know it.

There is one way they will give up power and that is when they are all dangling from ropes or laying dead in a pile in their yard with the rest of their family.

  7. Karen Hamilton September 15, 2017 at 6:20 pm #

The Convention of States is the only way the people can restore the original intent of our Constitution, put the power back in the States and stop the steady March of this country toward Communism/Socialism. For all the people that say that it would harm our country, if you want to ensure devastation of our great “Republic”, just stay the course we are presently on toward a Socialist government and the new world order. The US Congress, at present, are serving themselves and fattening their personal pocket book; they are not representing nor serving the American people. Most in our US Government are corrupt and they are serving themselves, not us. The creators of our Constitution foresaw this and put the Fifth Amendment into the Constitution, for the people. They also stated, in the amendment, that the Congress can create Amendments or the States can, to be voted on by all Citizens, before becoming law. They also stated, either way is EQUAL to creating amendments; neither has precedence over the other. The nay saying that has been propagated to the American People is scare tactics to maintain the status quo, to maintain power, then the Globalist plan can continue to carry out there Adgend of a OWG.

I hope you will have Publius Huldah on. She’s done her research on the Article V Convention. She has written many articles that have been published on the internet. Has anyone ever answered the question: who could we trust that could possibly be in on the Convention?

I have the utmost respect for Mr. Skousen, however I do not believe China and Russia are preparing an attack on the U.S, nor do I believe North Korea is. I suspect Russia and China ARE preparing to defend themselves against the schizophrenic U.S. government. They would be foolish not to do so, considering our history, and the fact that the Russians are constantly portrayed as boogeymen when no one else is handy. Mr. Skousen’s worldview perhaps is shaped by his time in the Navy, when he was flying A-6 or F-4s over Southeast Asia, or in my more cynical moments, I suspect his views may be shaped by the business he is in. Go to his website, and you will see what I mean. That is just my opinion.

Coburn was my senator whom I highly respect…especially his efforts on pork & corruption.

    He’s an OB/GYN, not a shiester.

Catherine Austin Fitts referred me to this and why a convention is a bad idea.

Senator Coburn is a good man, but I think he is very misguided. John B., I hope that you will interview KrisAnne Hall or on this very subject. They heartily disagree with the Senator and Mark Levin on an Article V Convention. There are some dangerous precedents that could take place with an Article V Convention and we could end up jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire, losing our precious Constitution altogether.

Is the Deep State operating a program to identify doctors which may refuse to ‘pull the plug’ on the elderly or balk at participating in a mandatory vaccine scheme?

Is the RF ready for WW3?

Mr Skousen claims the RF and China is not ready for WW3

The RF order book for weapons exports continues to grow due to the success of the RF military campaign in Syria.

As I write there are no less than fourteen RF submarines of the Northern Fleet deployed which has caused Norway and Sweden to mount a full attempt to locate and identify this group. Paranoia is the word to describe the Nordic panic.

This could well be “fake news”, on the other hand the RF order books are full and the Russian surface fleet members have not collided with merchant vessels.

At the beginning of WW2 Russia had over 172 million people, at the end of that war she had just over 140 million. Today she has 143 million people.

Many have left the RF seeking the Western way of life, those that remain should not be under estimated. President Putin has clearly stated: “Russia will not fight another war on her own soil”.

Mr Skousen has business opportunity here on Europe mainland. The RF will not make the first strike unless some idiot in NATO makes a mistake.

    • ROLAND EDGAR September 15, 2017 at 3:23 am #

For those interested this is one of the older RF models. The new model is a true catamaran. Nuclear powered of course.

Such is the paranoia in Scandinavia, they ran out of anxiety medications and the immigrants lost all interest in the local women,
The machine that was seen a few years ago was Dutch.

We have had a tour of the diesel German machines designed specifically for The Baltic. These were made in the early to mid 1970s in Hamburg. Germany sold some of the later and bigger machines to Israel recently.

    As we know ENERGY=MONEY.

The Russian Federation supplies gas (methane/propane/butane from fossil deposits) to W and central Europe.

The USA currently seeks to supply, by sea, liquid natural gas to Europe.

In this clip the European Union team responds to the NORD STREAM 2 pipeline from the RF to Germany.

The supply serves both the domestic and industrial markets.

There are several routes and pipelines from the RF territory into W Europe, some in the south via the Adriatic sea, and some overland into Austria via Trieste.

If you like geography the gas routes in Europe are worth a search on DUCK DUCK GO, forget Google, they are rogue.

The recent gas fields are found off Cyprus and under the Golan Heights, and Quatar is an established and big producer.

As I write the EU is focussed on the W Balkans, Germany needs another supply pipeline over the lands of the W Balkans.

The winter energy supply is critical to Germany-France who are the main bread winners for the EU.

The shipped LNG supplied from Houston is expensive. The FOURTH REICH (The European Union) has to secure the Balkan gas route, if she does not her economy will not compete. She will freeze in winter.

This is the precarious position, like a turtle on a post, Europe has led herself into. Europe destroys herself as she has done before.

I just listened to episode 804, Matt Bracken, but was not able to leave a comment there, so, thanks JB for the Matt Bracken show, it was informative and thought-provoking, and great listening. My father’s birthday was Nov 16, by the way.

Mr. Coburn : It’s scary to have a Constitutional Convention because the globalists will seize that opportunity to take away our last few excuses of rights.

Starting all fresh and new with an enlarged Confederate States Of America for white Christians is the ONLY answer. With 20/20 hindsight we can create a new Constitution and put a stop to 99 % of the evil wiping us out now. After your initial ( programmed ) response to this … mull it over. Thanks.

    Here’s a book with “some” truth …
