Tonight we are joined by first-time guest Betsy Ross, a U.S. Army veteran who is dedicated to helping promote veteran’s awareness and mental health within the veteran community. Betsy is the author of the “Fight” Series of books comprising multiple stories about American heroism. Betsy discusses PTSD, veterans homelessness and how to help the veteran community deal with these issues.
In addition to being an author, Betsy is also a wife, mother of two children, personal trainer, and rancher.
