RITU BHALLA BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), MTI Ritu Bhalla is passionate about helping people achieve their goals by fine-tuning their health. She effectively combines her expertise in Ayurveda with her proficiency in Ayurvedic wellness programs to develop tailored health plans for her clients. Ritu Bhalla is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Educator and Speaker who has over 23 years of experience in Ayurveda; 10 years of which have been in the DFW area. Ritu has taught, and will continue to teach Ayurveda at Collin County College as a part of the Counselor Education Program. She has repeatedly been invited by the University of North Texas at Denton as a guest speaker, introducing Ayurveda to students as a part of the Stress Reduction through Movement Program. She has been a speaker at the Texas Medical Association Convention for CME (Continuing Medical Education) on Holistic Medicine (2014 & 2015). She is an active board member of AAPNA (Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America), Vaidya (a subcommittee for NAMA {National Ayurvedic Medical Association}), and is an associate member for TIPS (Texas Indian Physician Society). She recently earned the title as Dean of Ayurveda at the American Alternative Medicine School – Dallas. Ritu has been invited as a keynote speaker at various organizations in Dallas and has appeared on Channel 33 and radio stations in the DFW metroplex. She has been a CEU Provider since January 2015, licensed through the Department of State Health Services.
