Biography:
John D. O’Connor is the San Francisco attorney who represented W. Mark Felt during his revelation as Deep Throat in 2005.He was co-author of the 2006 book, A G-Man’s Life: The FBI, Being ‘Deep Throat,’ and the Struggle for Honor in Washington and a producer of the 2017 Peter Landesman film adaptation, Mark Felt: The Man Who Brought Down the White House. O’Connor is the author of the new book, Postgate: How the Washington Post Betrayed Deep Throat, Covered Up Watergate, and Began Today’s Partisan Advocacy Journalism.
