Biography:

M.S. Mills is a gifted Bible teacher and prolific author of excellent materials to help any student of the Bible. In God’s grace he found Jesus Christ as his Savior in 1943. Born and raised in South Africa, he became a partner in an international accounting firm. He enjoyed a successful business career for twenty-five years, serving as a director of over forty companies and organizations in South Africa. At God’s leading, he moved his family to Dallas, Texas. He earned his Master of Theology degree (ThM) from Dallas Theological Seminary in three years and won the award for the best exegetical student in his class.

At the invitation of Pastor W.A. Criswell, he wrote study guides for First Baptist Church of Dallas’ sunday school classes. He also founded and taught the John Wesley Bible Study Class at Highland Park United Methodist Church for sixteen years. He has also led classes at Lovers Lane United Methodist Church and famous Scofield Memorial Church in Dallas. Monty has led church tours to Greece and Israel. His “Walking Where Jesus Walked” tours have been a delight for many.

Monty is a licensed pilot, has flown a single engine plane across the Atlantic and visited over forty countries in his own plane. He and Esther have been married for fifty-six years. They have three children, Diann, Stephen and David, and two grandchildren.
