Melody A. Kramer is a trial lawyer, speaker, author, and established innovator in the legal industry. Her upcoming book “Why Lawyers Suck and What You Can Do About It” is an exposé on the reasons lawyers act the way they do. Her newly founded company, Legal Greenhouse, is also working for increased transparency in the judicial system, and on research on how the fight-or-flight response plays out in the courtroom.
