Robert Couch

Biography:

Rob Couch is counsel at Bradley, Arant, Boult & Cummings, LLP. Prior to December 2020, he served as Federal Financial Monitor for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. During the Administration of George W. Bush, he was General Counsel of the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Prior to his GC position with HUD, Rob served as President of Ginnie Mae.

Before entering government service, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of New South Federal Savings Bank in Birmingham, at the time the largest thrift in Alabama. Rob is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a Certified Mortgage Banker (Master Certificate).
